Shenzhen is located in China's economic developed Pearl River Delta, adjacent to Hong Kong, high-tech industries, financial services, foreign trade and exports, maritime transport developed, Occupy a pivotal position in the Chinese mainland economy. It has 10 million of people can supply the needs of the manufacture market. Such as Foxconn, which has hundreds thousands of employees in Shenzhen. Owing to Foxconn’s high efficiency production in Shenzhen, many high-tech company like Google, IBM, Samsung, Microsoft, Apple etc. they would like to ask Foxconn produces product for them, such as the Iphone we are using. After Foxconn produced, those companies can directly export to other countries (Yantian, Chiwan, Shekou maritime ports of Shenzhen, Shenzhen Total Berth 176-ton container berths 69 and 44, respectively, as of the end of 2010 ). Owing to most of huge high-tech enterprises consider Shenzhen as a world class manufacture, most of product will export to different places in the world.

Supportive industry

In order to improve the infrastructure, Shenzhen government invests around 1billion RMB to construct 10 infrastructures. It has BaoAn international airport which has been operated 35 domestic and oversee companies and 130 airlines. It also has world class ports like Yantian, Chiwan, Shekou etc for supporting export industry. Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway and Beijing-Kowloon Railway is an important railway lines in Shenzhen, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway in Guangzhou and Beijing-Guangzhou line, the main artery of the Chinese railway access. Shenzhen has many highways and MTR to let people and goods to be more convenient.

Firm strategy, structure and Rivalry

In order to compete with the competitors ( Hong Kong & Guangzhou ) around it. It keeps it strength of high-tech industry development and export, also it has stock market which can compete with HongKong’s.

Demand condition

Nowadays, people like to look for convenient, beautiful, creatable new product, especially in the high-tech market. As the result, Shenzhen will get plenty of orders from the companies every day.

Survey

In the chart, I think the organization provide me a situation with suitable pressure, and also for appreciate differences are that be special sometime owing to let others remember you. However, for me, new ideas are good, but I will consider the other’s suggestions and apply it into realistic, if it does not work, I won’t accept the idea. That’s why I may lose the chance of success. I often review what I did, but time is short, it makes an unclear after – action review, so that the I may not think in-depth for better solution.

As the chart, it points that I would like to try to test something I don’t know. Let say, if I want to want to create a new business in Macau, I won’t care will this business success or not, I just believe it will work because I will do information collection and having an analysis. Even it fails, it still brings me experience and helps me a lot in doing another business in one day. In my opinion, we have to earn money through using our brain rather than wasting sweat because nowadays we are living in a fully knowledge base society, we better to use our brain instead of body strength. During the learning processes, I usually ask others experience and learn how to success in the market. And also once you are honest to treat your friends or customer, it’s good for building your network, for any businessman, it very significant to do that.

As the scores show that I need to have training about leadership, now I have this class, it helps. In my point of view, as a employee, it's very difficult for us to change the learning environment.

Charter City

In our society, we have two rules as professor mentioned ( formal & informal rules ).

Broadly formal rules refer to the law which is issued and create by our legislative council and regulations in the organization. The informal rules refer to the family rules. As a resident, we have to respect Macau’s law and sometimes respect family rule, no matter how strong they are, everyone can break the rules. According to Professor Paul Remer, it is said that a good rule should provide choices to leader and people. As we have development planning for HengQin Island, GuangDong and Macau government had signed the Framework Agreement on Cooperation Between Guangdong and Macao. Government had provided different preferential policies for attracting investors or companies to come here to invest. Also people can decide whether they want to work there or not, but as least government had promised to reduce the occupation tax as well. In order to build up a charter city, government must have a good plan like this agreement, so that people would like to live and work there.

Government establishes new department for discussing how to connect with Macau and GuangDong’s law. Also in the planning, government has tried to offer preferential policies to the people or company who want to work or invest here. Both cities provide choices to people, and they cooperate with each other in order to let people stay and work there, through using this method, they can pursue this method throughout entire GuangDong and Macau.

In recent decades, people would like to discuss about the law, they found that many problems happen because of the poor law, they are not consummate. As we can see that many parliamentary gave recommendations to the government for changing once they found mistakes or lack of. Such as, real estate industry, they don’t have a standardize regulation for working in this industry, but now, the agent suggest parliamentary to have a discussion about creating new law especially for this industry, as the result they learn from HongKong and try to copy and improve those regulations to be more suitable for local. The implications of this law are that people should have more professional knowledge about real estate, so that the quality of service will be increased because of this new rule.
