In the chart, I think the organization
provide me a situation with suitable pressure, and also for appreciate
differences are that be special sometime owing to let others remember you.
However, for me, new ideas are good, but I will consider the other’s
suggestions and apply it into realistic, if it does not work, I won’t accept the
idea. That’s why I may lose the chance of success. I often review what I did,
but time is short, it makes an unclear after – action review, so that the I may
not think in-depth for better solution.
As the chart, it points that I would like
to try to test something I don’t know. Let say, if I want to want to create a
new business in Macau, I won’t care will this business success or not, I just
believe it will work because I will do information collection and having an
analysis. Even it fails, it still brings me experience and helps me a lot in
doing another business in one day. In my opinion, we have to earn money through
using our brain rather than wasting sweat because nowadays we are living in a fully
knowledge base society, we better to use our brain instead of body strength. During
the learning processes, I usually ask others experience and learn how to
success in the market. And also once you are honest to treat your friends or
customer, it’s good for building your network, for any businessman, it very
significant to do that.
As the scores show that I need to have training
about leadership, now I have this class, it helps. In my point of view, as a employee, it's very difficult for us to change the learning environment.
